[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Dr. Newton is a Senior Lecturer of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies and the Director of the B.Ed.(TESOL) Programme at Victoria University of Wellington.
He has worked in language teaching and teacher education for 30 years in New Zealand, Malaysia and China. He is in demand as a conference speaker and has published around 50 book chapters and articles in leading journals.
